STEP 1 Consent use of private information

  • Organizer of exhibition provides Online 1:1 buyer matching service for both exhibitors and visitors, such that visitors can get matched with exhibitors and pre-schedule meeting times with selected exhibitors via online during the exhibition.
    After logged-in, visitors may search for exhibitors, add to wish list, and make proposal for 1:1 business meeting. Once submitted, meeting proposal will be sent to exhibitor's email. Exhibitors may approved/holding/rejected meeting proposal.
    If exhibitor approved for meeting proposal, exhibitor's information will be sent to visitors. Visitors and Exhibitors can rearrange meeting time as occasion demands.

Visitor agrees that the personal data provided for registration may be included in the Organizer's database and used by the Organizer for promotional purposes.

  • - Optional items: Position, Website, Address, Agreement on exhibition information receiving, survey (visiting purpose, visiting route)

  • Organizer provides better service for the customers’ amicable practice by managing the personal information through SYSFORU, the operator of exhibition registration system. Organizer manages the personal information based on the personal information protection law, by keeping the secret, restriction on the third sharing, responsibility on any accident, and consign period. [Possession and usage period of the personal information] The personal information will be terminated right after achieving its purpose.
