In Korea, 24 personnel accidents have occurred in the past 5 years due to a vertical retractable platform door collision used in mechanical parking devices, car lifts and cargo lifts. We started development in 2012 and after 5 years of research, we succeeded in strengthening the panel strength by changing the bending method and prevention of door detachment through the guide shoe which bends the T-shaped guide rail and rail of special aluminum material. We developed a door that can withstand. We also acquired 2 patents and 2 test reports (Korea Industrial Technology Testing Center). Our developed products are developed with the same standards as existing doors, and can replace existing doors without changing the structure of the building. Since problems such as rail deformation, wear of guide shoe and scratching of door panel caused by long-term use in existing door have been completely improved, it can be used semi-permanently without replacing parts once installed. Also, we do not accept any patent royalties from all domestic manufacturers, and we have made it possible for anyone to make all of our own technology, and we have also been able to obtain various certifications including fire doors using our technology.
